Undergoing a stressful situation in life? Hmm…what do we do about it??

We may need to look at following a few steps to make things easier for us. First, let us examine the situation closely and be aware of how the things actually are. Not just how they are present, but also how they potentially would be present. Once we realize that there is nothing that we can do about it, the next step will be teaching yourself to eliminate the emotional stress. All said than done?? Yes, but it can be done?? How?? Engage in self-talk (self-conditioning/brainwashing/re-programming/re-calibrating). It's certainly worth an effort.
Once we have gained a good amount of detachment from the ‘situation’, we will realize that the pain has decreased. However, you are still thinking about it and experiencing a lack of control over it. Therefore, the final step is to ‘Stop thinking’ about it?? How?? Distractors…attention diverters…activate those stimulators.…do something completely different from what you are doing now..

It is difficult?? However, the good news is – it can be done. Start now !!
